Privacy Policy

QuibbleDM (dmlink.quibbletech.com) is operated by QuibbleTech Solutions Pvt Ltd, India (“we”, “us”). QuibbleDM lets Instagram professional accounts send automatic direct messages when people comment on their posts, reply to their stories, mention them, or send a keyword by DM. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

Data we collect

  • Your account: when you log in with Meta, we receive your Instagram professional account ID, username, name and profile picture, and an access token issued by Meta.
  • Your automations: the posts, keywords, messages and links you set up.
  • Interaction data: when someone comments, replies to a story, mentions you or messages you, Meta sends us that event: the person’s Instagram-scoped ID, username, the comment or message text and the post ID. We store this to send the reply and to show you an activity log.
  • Link clicks: when someone clicks a link sent by QuibbleDM, we count the click and its time. We do not store their IP address.

How we use data

  • To send the automatic messages and replies you configured.
  • To show you stats (messages sent, clicks) and an activity log.
  • To prevent spam and stay within Instagram’s limits (for example, one message per person and hourly caps).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except Meta (to send messages through the official Instagram API) and our hosting provider (to run the service).

Storage and security

Data is stored in our own database on our hosting server. Access tokens are used only to call the official Instagram API on your behalf. We use HTTPS for all connections.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is connected. You can delete it at any time — see our Data Deletion page. When you disconnect an Instagram account or delete your QuibbleDM account, all related automations, logs and tokens are permanently deleted.

Your choices

You can disconnect QuibbleDM anytime from your dashboard, or remove its access in Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites) or in Meta Business Suite.

Children

QuibbleDM is meant for businesses and creators and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
