These terms apply to QuibbleDM (dmlink.quibbletech.com), operated by QuibbleTech Solutions Pvt Ltd, India. By using QuibbleDM you agree to them.
The service
QuibbleDM sends automatic Instagram messages and replies through Meta’s official Instagram API, based on automations you create.
Your responsibilities
- Use QuibbleDM only with Instagram professional accounts you own or manage.
- Follow Instagram’s and Meta’s terms and policies. Do not send spam, misleading content, or anything illegal.
- You are responsible for the messages and links you set up.
Plans and limits
Each plan has limits on connected accounts and messages per month. We may queue or skip messages to stay within these limits and Instagram’s rate limits. Paid plans are activated manually for now.
Availability
QuibbleDM depends on Meta’s API. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, for example if a user restricts messages or Meta changes its platform.
Termination
You can stop using QuibbleDM and delete your data anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Meta’s policies.
Liability
QuibbleDM is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for actions taken by Meta on your Instagram account.
